Digital Download Personal Use Agreement

By ordering a digital download you are purchasing a Personal Use License. By purchasing and downloading any image you agree to the Personal Use License Agreement terms. The licensor grants to you a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual, non-commercial, non-sublicensable right to use the digital image or prints (made from a digital download) for your personal and/or family use only for display in your home or office. If you want to use the image for publication in books, magazines or any other commercial purpose, public display - including social media - or web page use, you must first obtain prior written permission from the photographer Wayland D. Clark, who retains all rights of ownership to the image.
